What will this service provide me?
My maintenance service will provide you the following:
- Making sure your WordPress version is up to date.
- Keeping check that your site is secure.
- Support for any problems to your site you have come across.
- Making sure that your theme is working and up to date if purchased.
- Regular backups of your site content, database and plugins.
- Archives of your backups sent by Email.
- Security Notifications by Email.
- Site down time ping reports by Email.
- Small modifications to your site when asked for them.
How much will this all cost?
It will cost you a fixed price (prices for currency above) per month per site, first 3 months will be billed up front and then the normal charge will continue on the fourth month.
If you cancel this service any time after the three months have passed then no further charges will be billed to you and the service will stop.
If you cancel during the first three months no refunds will be provided so please make sure that you are wanting this service.
Is there a multisite bundle package?
Yes there is, I have two bundle packages available.
If you have several sites on WordPress that are on the same host then an extra fee will be charged on top per site.
If you have several sites on WordPress that are on different hosts then a larger extra fee will be charged per site.
If this is a service that you would like to subscribe to then please send me an email using my contact form with your name and your site or sites and instructions on what you would like done and any problems you have had trouble dealing with.
An invoice will be sent to you for the first three months once your request for the service has been looked at.
Once payment has been confirmed, the service will be carried out and an email will be sent to within 48 hours once the service has been setup and running.
